Once upon a time, on February 7 and 8, 2026, our Founding Partner OJ Chua led her team from Bicol to the Grand Launching of Ascendra International (AI), a historic moment we proudly call Day One. The event was held at the FILOIL Center Arena, and the energy was palpable as the team gathered to support our leader, including myself, Roland Diaz, and fellow members celebrating the remarkable achievements of OJ and other top achievers.
The launch began on Saturday with a personal meet-and-greet with the founders at our corporate office, located at 6th Floor, Global Link Center, Shaw Boulevard, Barangay Wack-Wack, Mandaluyong City, Philippines. We witnessed firsthand the segmented talents of the founders—from product masters, motivational and inspiration leaders, and success story influencers, to those guiding programs, future plans, and operations—all united to support the AI brand’s success. One family stood out, the Altavano family, receiving their commissions together—from father and mother to eldest and youngest child—demonstrating true unity and the power of collective effort for financial freedom.
Photo opportunities captured the leaders, founders, and top network earners while enjoying the Manila view and staying in top-quality hotels that provided top-notch hospitality at affordable accommodations.
Sunday afternoon featured an exhibition of existing and new products catering to global customers’ needs, including health, beauty, skincare, personal care, as well as basic to premium AI accident insurance. The event also showcased the enhanced AI networker system dashboard, cross-opportunity features, and credit card payment options. We were introduced to the new AI mascot, TURBO AI, designed to provide instant English-generated results, capable of handling both Tagalog and English prompts. This was a historic first in the Philippines, empowering members to become globally competitive in account analysis, advertising, marketing, and learning.

The weekend’s program also included spectacular entertainment. Performances by Malupiton, a professional entertainer, and a mesmerizing light art show with music, left everyone inspired. On Sunday night, founders shared their “genie context” entries, highlighting how dreams and opportunities can manifest when guided with faith, strategy, and action. Founders shared tearful, joyful messages reflecting their experience as top networkers, now leading the next generation of AI leaders, proving that financial freedom through networking is achievable.
I observed that successful leaders have teams that consistently lead and achieve grand accolades. Within our own team, the energy, joy, and motivation in every member’s eyes were undeniable. Everyone was inspired to follow OJ Chua onto the stage, to replicate her commitment and success.
After the event, every member had the opportunity to dream big and capture moments in photos with OJ, cherishing the memories before traveling back to Bicol that night and the next morning, February 9. Witnessing these fully motivated members, I realized that failure only becomes permanent when we close our minds to opportunity. But an open-minded persona listens, gives time, and treats opportunities as blessings, allowing one to recover losses, follow proven strategies, and continue winning—Day One was just the beginning.

Watching OJ from the upper box bench, her success shows an all-in commitment of body, mind, heart, and spirit—every action aligned, every effort purposeful. We also celebrate all who are rising in their own success, standing together, truly united as one.
As for me, Roland Diaz, witnessing these moments was truly inspiring. It reminded me to set goals again, strive for victory, and embrace the journey with my fellow members, following the path of preparation, effort, and relentless commitment exemplified by OJ Chua.
